I believe therapy can be a place where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges. I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, perectionism, relationship concerns, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting young women as they navigate college, career changes, relathipships, and the uncertainties that come with adulthood.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when helpful. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, patterns, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Claire graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce with a Masters of Science in clinical mental health counseling. She completed her internship at The Samaritan Inn, in McKinney working with residents hoping to transition out of homelessness. During that time, she developed a heart for those who are experiencing life transitions, depression, anxiety, and trauma.
